Free cooling: Cooling any data center room is usually done with energy-wasting compressors.
Day in, day out, they have to run. In EvoSwitch we make use of Free Cooling. This concept focusses on energy-preserving cooling that makes smart use of the cool air outside the data center. With the cold temperatures that occur frequently in The Netherlands, the compressor does not need to be used around fourty percent of the time

Cold Corridor: The innovative Cold Corridor concept, which centers around efficient ways to supply cool air at the front of the cabinets while sending the hot air away at the back as efficiently as possible. The system prevents "interferences" between cold and hot air and is therefore a lot more energy-preserving.

Delta Conversion: The advanced Uninterruptable Power Supplies make use of Delta Conversion.
This is a new form of energy preservation by UPS-supplier APC. The safety electricity adapter does more than taking care of climate control and electricty supply. It also contributes substantially to our energy-preserving character.

The big difference between "Zeeuws Groen" and regular electricity is the method of generating the electricity. "Zeeuws Groen" is 100% green and generated using sustainable energy sources, such as wind, the sun and biomass.
The profits of "Zeeuws Groen" are invested by DELTA in other new projects for environment friendly energy generation.
